民用建筑空调冷热源方案的选择方法与改进

摘要

通过构建民用建筑空调冷热源方案优选体系，对“价值分析法”冷热源评价模型进行了改进，建立了一种新模型，使经济分析与功能分析相对独立，减少了决策中的主观因素影响，提高了决策的客观性，为设计人员从备选方案中选择冷热源方案提供了一种新的思路。%This paper made improvement to“value analysis method”cold and heat source evaluation model through the construction of civil con-struction air conditioning cold and heat source optimization selection system,establishment of a new model,made the economic analysis and func-tion analysis relatively independent,reduced the subjective factors influence in decision making,improved the objectivity of decision-making, provided a new train of design personnel to select heat and cold sources scheme from alternative solutions.
