PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a civil work structure unit capable of easily and effectively resisting against a force of pulling and separating a natural stone from the surface of wire-netting while suppressing an increase in the amount of materials used to a minimum. SOLUTION: The wire netting 4 comprises a plurality of the first division elements 6 and a plurality of the second division elements 7 as the constituent wire members, and a predetermined level difference H is created between both of them in formation. A fixing means for tying the natural stone 5 to the surface of wire-netting 4 comprises a washer 14 extending by straddling the neighboring first division element 6 between the neighboring second division elements 7, an anchor 15 for attaching the washer 14 to the natural stone 5 by pushing the washer 14 to the natural stone 5; among them the washer 14 is equipped with a base plate portion 31 which comes into contact with the neighboring first division element 6 in a straddling manner, a pair of side plate portions 32 extending and straddling the first division element 6 by rising from both the sides of the width direction of the base plate portion 31 provided as one united body.
