Starting from aspects of organization management,construction preparation,raw material selection,mixing proportion design and con-crete maintenance,the paper describes cement concrete pavement construction management measures,and explores construction matters,so as to improve pavement engineering construction level.%从组织管理、施工准备、原材料选取、配合比设计、混凝土养护等环节入手，阐述了水泥混凝土路面的施工管理措施，并探讨了各施工环节中的注意事项，从而提高路面工程的施工水平。
