某境外铁路 EPC 项目实施过程中存在问题及分析

摘要

Taking the railway EPC program of some island country in West Atlantic,the paper analyzes some problems in the implementation process of EPC program along overseas railways from the design,purchase,construction,contract management,and risk prevention,and ex-plores the respective solutions,so as to improve the comprehensive competition of Chinese railway enterprises in the international market.%以西太平洋某岛国铁路EPC项目为例，从设计、采购、施工、合同管理、风险防范等环节，分析了境外铁路EPC项目实施过程中存在的问题，并探讨了针对性的解决策略，有利于提高中国铁路企业在国际市场的综合竞争力。
