经济适用房居住区景观使用评价

摘要

Combining with the second phase of Livable Home in Qunli New Community of Harbin,the paper adopts POE evaluation method,and points out the reasonable method for the landscape planning design for the residential areas of affordable houses,investigates the landscape uses of the complex from the aspect of users,so as to promote the rationality of the landscape planning design of the affordable houses in Harbin.%结合哈尔滨市群力新区宜居家园二期工程实例，采用 POE 评价法，从使用者的角度出发，调查分析了该小区的景观使用状况，并提出了经济适用房居住区景观规划设计的合理方法，以提升哈尔滨经济适用房居住区景观规划设计的合理性。
