Combining with the hydro-geological circumstance of No. 1 subway in Zhengzhou,the paper evaluates the stability of engineering foun-dation,analyzes the surface settlement and gushing for the shield jacking construction,and points out effective controlling measures,so as to en-sure the smooth operation of the shield jacking.%结合郑州地铁1号线的水文地质情况，评价了工程地基的稳定性，分析了盾构掘进施工中引起地表沉降和喷涌的原因，并提出了有效的控制措施，确保了盾构掘进施工的顺利进行。
