皖江城市带是我国区域经济的重要组成部分，其发展机制和空间范畴经历了不断完善的过程。随着2010年国务院批复《皖江城市带承接产业转移示范区规划》，皖江地区进入到了历史发展的黄金时期。通过对皖江城市带发展历史脉络的梳理，对大区域发展环境和发展方向的认识，提出了“大区域视角下皖江城市带的产业方向”和“聚焦沿江带，明确城市群，做强中心市”的空间发展战略。皖江城市带作为中国第一个以承接产业转移为目的的示范区，谋划其发展必须站在更广阔的区域，辅以更长远的视角。主动响应生产空间和消费空间的“大产业转移”，积极推进工业化和城镇化的双轮驱动，这应是皖江城市带新崛起的核心战略。最后对皖江地区的生产空间(工业化)、消费空间(休闲服务)和生活空间(城镇化)组织提出了建议。% The Yangtze River within Anhui Province is called Wanjiang. The City Cluster along Wanjiang is an important region in China’s economic development. The driving mechanism and spatial extension of this area has experienced a continued revising process. After the central government’s verification for “The Plan of Demo Zones for Industrial Relocation in the Wanjiang City Cluster”, Wanjiang region entered a gold era in its history. This paper analyzes the shaping history of Wanjiang City Cluster and the trends of broad regional development and brings out the industry development orientation in a broad regional view and the spatial development strategies:to focus on the Yangtze River development belt, to clarify urban agglomerations and to consolidate central cities. As the first demo zones to take over industries shift from the developed region in China, Wanjiang City Cluster development strategies should be considered in a broader region view and longer angle. Consequently, to forwardly respond the manufacture and consumption industries inward shift and to actively promote industrialization and urbanization are supposed to be the core strategies for the fast growing up of Wanjiang City Cluster. Final y, this paper puts forward some viewpoints on the organization of manufacture space, consumption&leisure space and residential space under the general pursue of regional industrialization and urbanization.
