上海城市空间发展评估与思考*

摘要

Urban space bearing the city economic, social, political and other activities, is also a record of a city's culture and history. This article is based on the planning implementation evaluation of Shanghai’s Comprehensive Plan (1999-2020), researched by Shanghai urban planning design and research institute. Focusing on different space level from region to center city, and analysis with three different perspectives of history, present situation and experience, the research work gets features of Shanghai urban spatial development in different stages and envelops, then summarizes the existing prominent problems. Combined with international urban development patterns, it also puts forward some thinking and suggestions on the development of future city space in Shanghai.%　　城市空间承载着城市经济、社会、政治等活动，也记录着一个城市的文化和历史。基于上海市城市规划设计研究院编制的《上海市城市总体规划（1999-2020）》实施评估的系列研究成果，聚焦区域和市域新城、中心城及其周边地区等不同的空间层次，从回顾历史、研判现状和借鉴经验3个角度，深入分析上海城市空间发展的阶段特征和圈层特征，并归纳当前存在的突出问题，结合国际城市发展规律，提出上海未来城市空间发展的若干思考和建议。
