基于国际经验借鉴的上海市总体层面公共开放空间规划探索

摘要

This paper analyzes the overal planning of public open spaces in Shanghai, finding out some problems in some aspects, just as the design of the public open space of non-independent land, the people-oriented service, the network connection system and the guidance of the reserved land. The article summarizes the experience of London, New York, Paris, with the hope to inspire the Shanghai overal planning of public open space, and to promote the quality of the open space in Shanghai.%梳理了上海市总体层面公共开放空间规划，认为上海在总体层面上对附属性、非独立占地的公共开发空间的布局与设计、公共开放空间的品质与人性化服务、公共开放空间的网络连接系统、现状用地和非重点地区公共开放空间的引导等方面研究不足。通过总结和借鉴伦敦、纽约、巴黎等国际大都市在总体层面公共开放空间相关规划的成功经验，希望能对上海总体层面公共空间的相关规划有所启发，使城市空间品质得到有效的提升。
