经睫状体平坦部闭合式玻璃体切除术的护理配合

摘要

With the deve1opment of the ophthalmological surgery, PPV(Par Plana Vitrectony) has been widely used to treat retinal diseases. From June, 1999 to November, 2000, we have performed PPV in the total of 25 patients, and the results were satisfactory. This article introduced the experince of musing care during preoperation and operation in PPV, and the sterilization and the maintenance of special equipments.%随着眼科手术技术不断的发展，经睫状体平坦部闭合式玻璃体切除术越来越多地应用于眼底疾病的治疗。我院自1999年6月～2000年11月为25例严重眼底病变患者施行此项手术，疗效满意。本文介绍PPV手术的术前准备、术中配合、特殊器材的消毒与养护等方面的体会。
