社区高血压患者生存质量及影响因素调查研究

摘要

Objective To explore health related quality of life in patients with hypertension and its influencing factors.Methods The SF-36 Chinese version was used to conduct a survey on 300 hypertensive patients in the community and demographic data were collected as well.Results SF-36 scores of hypertensive patients in this research and the US norm people were significantly different in most of the facets, the former got significantly lower score in many facets except mental health facet(P<0.01).Hypertensive patients got significantly higher scores in some facets when compared with that of coronary heart patients, including physical function, bodily pain, vitality, social function and mental health. Besides, they got significantly higher scores in physical function, role physical, general health, vitality, social function and mental health, when compared with that of diabetes mellitus patients.Male patients,those with senior school education or higher, and without complications had much better quality of life.Conclusion Hypertensive patients had worse quality of life than that of US norm people, but their quality of life were better than that of patients with coronary heart disease or diabetes mellitus. Hypertensive patients′ quality of life was influenced by gender, educational level and complications.%目的 了解社区高血压患者生存质量及其影响因素.方法 采用SF-36中文版量表调查300例社区高血压患者.结果 高血压患者除精神健康外,其余维度得分均低于常模人群(P<0.05);高血压患者的生存质量得分在多方面显著高于冠心病患者和糖尿病患者(P<0.05);男性患者生存质量显著优于女性患者、高中及以上文化程度的患者生存质量较好、伴有合并症患者的生存质量较差(P<0.05).结论 社区高血压患者的生存质量显著低于美国常模人群但优于冠心病和糖尿病患者,且受性别、文化程度、有无合并症的影响.
