中医穴位按摩对精神科住院患者功能性便秘的作用

摘要

目的 探讨中医穴位按摩对精神科住院患者功能性便秘的作用.方法 选取2010年9月-2015年9月收治于上海市虹口区精神卫生中心的男性精神分裂症患者70例,随机分为观察组和对照组各35例.对照组进行常规护理干预,观察组在常规干预的基础上,予以中医穴位按摩,观察两组患者排便情况.结果 观察组便秘严重度评估(constipation severity instrument,CSI)、便秘患者生存质量量表(patientassessment of constipation quality of life,PAC-QOL)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);两组患者干预后便秘缓解情况比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 对精神分裂症患者应用中医穴位按摩,可有效缓解便秘,减少便秘并发症,提高患者的生活质量.%Objective To study the effect of traditional Chinese medicine acupoint massage on alleviation of functional constipation of the inpatients with mental disorders.Methods A total of 70 patients with schizophrenia in Hongkou District Mental Health Center were chosen.They were randomly and equally divided into the observation group and control group.The control group received the conventional nursing,and the observation group received additional traditional Chinese medicine acupoint massage.The situation of defecation was compared.Results The scores of Constipation Severity Instrument (CSI) and Patient Assessment of Constipation Quality of Life (PAC-QOL) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).There was significant difference in alleviation of functional constipation between the two groups (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine acupoint massage could effectively relieve functional constipation of inpatients with schizophrenia,reduce complications of constipation,and improve the patient medication compliance and quality of life.
