退火温度和时间对稀土处理无取向硅钢组织和综合磁性能的影响

         

摘要

系统研究了退火温度和时间对不含La和含0.007 8% La(质量分数,下同)无取向硅钢退火冷轧板微观组织和综合磁性能的影响.结果表明,随着退火温度从850℃升高到1 000℃,退火时间从1 min增加到5 min,两种La含量退火冷轧板的晶粒尺寸逐渐增加;铁损降低,当退火温度为1 000℃,退火时间多于3 min时,又升高;磁感应强度先升高后降低.退火温度和时间相同时,相比不合La的退火冷轧板,含0.007 8% La退火冷轧板的晶粒尺寸更大,综合磁性能更好.含0.007 8% La无取向硅钢的最佳退火温度和时间分别为900~950℃和3~5 min,其平均晶粒尺寸为37.7~77.4 μm.%The effect of annealing temperature and time at temperatare on microstructure and integrative magnetic properties of non-oriented silicon steel without lanthanum and with 0.007 8% (by mass,the same below) lanthanum was studied.The experimental results showed that with the increase in annealing temperature from 850 ℃ to 1 000 ℃ and in time at temperature from 1 min to 5 min,the average grain size of the two annealed cold-rolled steel sheets increased,their core loss decreased,and then increased when the annealing temperature was 1 000 ℃ and annealing time was longer than 3 min,and the magnetic flux density firstly increased and then decreased.Under the same annealing temperature and time,the specimen with 0.007 8% lanthanum had greater average grain size and better integrative magnetic properties as compared to the specimen without lanthanum.When the annealing temperature was in the range of 900 ℃ to 950 ℃ and annealing time was in the range of 3 min to 5 min,the annealed coldrolled steel sheets with 0.007 8% lanthanum demonstrated the best integrative magnetic properties,and its average grain size was in the range of 37.7 μm to 77.4 μm.
