健康教育干预对社区中老年颈椎病患者病情干预效应分析

             

摘要

Objective:To evaluate the intervention effect of the health education on the community senile patients with cervical spondylosis. Methods:Ninety cases with cervical spondylosis treated by traction were selected in the out-patient department of the community health service center and divided into an intervention group and a control group with 45 cases each randomly. The intervention group was given a series of orderly systematic health education intervention activities and following-up supervision, and the control group with only following-up evaluation. Before and after the study, the symptoms and signs, disability index score of cervical spondylosis, and quality of life index (SF-36) score of two groups were evaluated. Results:The symptoms and signs assessment (neck and shoulder pain, stiffness and upper limb pain and numbness), disability index score of cervical spondylosis, and quality of life index score (physiological function, body pain, general health, energy, mental health scores) were increased obviously and the difference between two groups had the statistical signiifcance(P<0.05). Conclusion:The community comprehensive health education intervention of cervical spondylosis can improve the symptom of the patients with cervical vertebra disease.%目的::评价健康教育对社区中老年颈椎病患者病情干预的效果。方法:选取本社区门诊经牵引治疗后的颈椎病患者90例,随机分为干预组和对照组各45例,对干预组进行系列有序系统的健康教育干预活动和随访督导,对照组只进行随访,评价两组研究前后症情体征、Vernon颈椎残障指数量表(NDI)和生活质量指数(SF-36)评分。结果:与对照组相比,干预组干预后的症情体征评估(颈肩部疼痛、僵硬及上肢疼痛麻木)、NDI颈椎病功能障碍指数评分和生活质量指数评分(生理职能、躯体疼痛、一般健康状况、精力、精神健康评分)均有明显提高,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:社区综合健康教育干预可以改善颈椎病患者的症情。
