梅毒及其合并艾滋病的治疗

摘要

HIV infection/AIDS and syphilis have the same route of transmission and an inlfuence on each other, which make the diagnosis and manage of syphilis dififcult. This paper reviews the epidemiological situation of syphilis and HIV/AIDS coinfection, their classiifcation, laboratory examination, diagnosis and treatment.%艾滋病和梅毒的传播途径相同，两者相互影响，会给梅毒的临床诊断及治疗带来困难。本文就梅毒的流行病学现状以及分类、实验室检查、诊断和治疗，尤其是合并艾滋病时的治疗作一概要介绍。
