上门回访式健康教育对社区慢性支气管炎患者短期再入院的影响

摘要

Objective:To investigate the impact of the home returning visiting health education on the short-term re-hospitalization of the patients with chronic bronchitis. Methods:The intervention group with 39 cases was provided with the home returning visiting health education, and the control group with 39 cases was conducted with the routine telephone follow-up. Results:The related knowledge of the diseases, the health behavior and medical compliance of the intervention group were signiifcantly higher than those of the control group. The short-term re-hospitalization rate of the intervention group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:The home returning visiting health education is an effective community way to prevent and treat the elderly patients with chronic bronchitis.%目的：探讨上门回访式健康教育对慢性支气管炎患者短期再入院的影响。方法：干预组39例进行上门回访式健康教育，对照组39例进行常规电话随访。结果：干预组疾病相关知识、健康行为、遵医行为明显高于对照组。干预组短期再入院率低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：上门回访式健康教育是社区防治老年慢性支气管炎的有效途径。
