Objective: To study the efifcacy of a low dose of aripiprazole combined with escitalopram in the treatment of depression with somatic symptom.Methods: One hundred and ten patients with depression were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group. The control group was treated with escitalopram while the observation group with a low dose of aripiprazole combined with escitalopram. The mental status, depression and adverse reactions were compared between two groups and analyzed.Results: The mental status, depression and adverse reactions were much better in the observation group than in the control group after treatment (P<0.05).Conclusion: A low dose of aripiprazole combined with escitalopram in the treatmentof depression with somatic symptom possesses rapid onset of action, and low incidence of adverse reactions and high safety factor and is worthy of further promotion and application in clinic.%目的：探究小剂量阿立哌唑与艾司西酞普兰联合治疗伴躯体症状抑郁症的效果。方法：将110例抑郁症患者随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组给予艾司西酞普兰进行治疗，观察组给予小剂量阿立哌唑联合艾司西酞普兰进行治疗。对两组患者治疗前后的精神状况、抑郁状况及不良反应发生情况进行对比分析。结果：观察组患者经治疗后其精神状况、抑郁状况及不良反应发生情况均优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：小剂量阿立哌唑与艾司西酞普兰联合治疗伴躯体症状抑郁症起效快、且不良反应发生率低，安全系数高，可在临床上进一步推广和应用。
