通过对南京市4所高校进行实地调研，了解现行大学生医疗保险制度实施现状，得出制度实施过程中存在大学生医疗保险意识不强、大学生对医疗保险制度不熟悉、医疗保险报销制度不合理、校医院医疗水平较低、保障范围和风险控制水平有待提高等问题。建议政府应加强大学生医疗保险意识，加大宣传力度；完善报销制度；提高校医院医疗卫生水平；做好预防工作，扩大保障范围。%To understand the status of the implement of the medical insurance system of college students in China by field investigation of 4 universities in Nanjing city. There existed some problems including that student’s awareness of health insurance is not strong, students are unfamiliar with health insurance system, the system for medicare reimbursement is unreasonable, medical levels of college health care hospital are lower and the coverage and the risk control need to be improved. It is recommended that the government should strengthen the medical insurance consciousness of college students and the propaganda, improve the reimbursement system and the medical levels of college health care hospital, complete the prevention work and expand the scope of protection.
