长风社区老年高脂血症患者与其中医体质的相关性分析

Objective:To explore the characteristic of the Chinese medicine constitution through identifying the Chinese medicine constitution for the elderly patients with hyperlipidemia. Methods:From 6 638 cases who participated in the physical examination in Changfeng community from 2013 to 2014, 638 cases with hyperlipidemia were selected as an observation group and 470 cases without hyperlipidemia as a control group with a cross-sectional study. The constitution of the Chinese medicine was identiifed in two groups and the distribution of their body constitution was compared. Results:Four types of the constitutions of the phlegm dampness constitution (25.86%), gentle temperament (10.34%), Yang quality (9.71%) and Yin deifciency (5.33%) in the observation group were compared with those in the control group (11.19%, 18.74%, 16.52%and 13.24%, respectively), whose comparison difference had the statistical significance (P<0.05), in which the phlegm dampness constitution had the relationship with hyperlipidemia. Conclusion:The phlegm dampness constitution of the constitution of the Chinese medicine of the elderly patients with hyperlipidemia is related to hyperlipidemia.%目的：对老年高脂血症患者进行中医体质辨识，探讨高脂血症患者的中医体质特点。方法：采用横断面研究，从2013-2014年长风社区健康体检居民6638例中，抽取老年高脂血症患者638例作为观察组，无血脂异常470例作为对照组，对两组患者进行中医体质辨识，比较两组患者的体质分布情况。结果：观察组痰湿质（25.86%）、平和质（10.34%）、阳虚质（9.71%）、阴虚质（5.33%）4种体质类型与对照组（分别为11.19%、18.74%、16.52%、13.24%）比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），其中痰湿质与高脂血症相关。结论：老年高脂血症患者中医体质辨识中的痰湿体质与高脂血症相关。
