对公共场所LED显示屏光污染的限制

摘要

This paper proposes the light pollution problem produced by LED panel in people′s life. Based on the analysis of range and reason and harm of light pollution produced by LED panel, referenced the standard of lighting and electronic display screen in some cities; drawed on the experience of LED panel installation by enterprise; tested some LED panels in the field working in Shanghai and the subjective evaluation of the luminance level of the LED panel in the laboratory .Through the detailed analysis and discussion, this paper get the limit of luminance level of the LED panel working in the actual use. In order to provide reference and basis for the related government departments to formulate laws and regulations, standards, etc. which to control light pollution of the LED panel in public places.%从生活中LED显示屏产出的光污染问题引出，在分析了LED显示屏光污染产生的范围、原因和危害的基础上，通过参考各地城市对灯光照明、电子显示屏的设置规范，借鉴企业LED显示屏的安装经验，并对上海现行的部分LED显示屏现场测试以及在实验室进行LED显示屏亮度的试验评价后，经过分析讨论，得出了LED显示屏在实际使用中的亮度限值，为相关职能部门制定法律法规、标准来控制公共场所LED显示屏光污染提供参考和依据。
