Partnering模式的理论精髓是:改变建筑企业之间传统的敌对关系,建立起超越组织边界的协同合作,从而达到共同获取更多利益的目标.论文基于博弈理论,以Partnering模式中的承包商与分包商为研究主体建立合作模型,深入探讨了在Partnering模式中可以使参与双方共同取得到最大合作利润时收益分配的纳什均衡解,同时也对参与人之间各种收益的相关性问题进行了研究,并给出算例以证明文中的研究结论,具有一定的理论和现实意义.%The spirit of partnering theory is that the Partnering management can transform the traditional adversarial relationship into the cooperative relationship without regard to organization boundaries and it can make companies get more cooperative benefits . This paper builds the profit model between the contractor and the sub-contractor based on game theory. Not only was this model obtained the Nash equilibrium value which can make all the players gain the maximum cooperative profit, but also it was drawn the relativity of different earnings among players. In the end, this paper also give an example to prove this paper's conclusions . These conclusions have certain theoretical and practical significance.
