It proposes a magnificent goal,calls on our country to build up a creative-style nation,demands that governments at different levels and the vast numbers of enterprises mobilize in an all-round way to increase their investment in a variety of resources in order to promote the efficiency of scientific and technological innovations.During the process of scientific and technological innovations,the sustainable economic development should be achieved and the growth mode of international trade should be transformed gradually to better display its function in stimulating our economic growth.Based on the relevant literature review,this paper explores the influence mechanism and multiplier roles the financial scientific and technological investment have on our economic growth and international trade development,constructs the model of influence mechanism,and puts forward the concepts of economic growth multiplier and international trade development multiplier.Furthermore,it carries out the experimentation on the data collected from 1991 to 2010 and calculates the concrete multiplier by utilizing the coordination and integration theory.Finally,it analyzes the current problems existed in aspects of promoting our economic growth and international trade development,and accordingly puts forward constructive policy suggestion successfully.%本文在相关文献研究基础上,对政府资助研发活动对经济增长和国际贸易发展的影响机制和乘数作用进行了研究,构建了政府资助研发资金对经济增长和国际贸易发展的影响机制模型,提出了政府资助研发资金经济增长乘数和政府资助研发资金国际贸易发展乘数的概念,并运用协整理论对我国1991-2010年数据进行了实证,计算出了具体乘数,分析了当前我国政府资助研发资金在促进经济增长和国际贸易发展方面存在问题并提出政策建议.
