企业绿色管理的动机和理论解释

摘要

企业绿色管理已经成为了全球管理学一个热点研究主题.本文围绕企业的绿色管理战略,从绿色管理战略的内容、分类、动机以及相应的理论解释综述了现有研究.最后对环境经济学视角、战略管理理论和制度理论三种理论视角解释进行了比较,指出了不足和未来研究方向.%Green Management has become a hot research top around the world. This paper focuses on company green management strategies, from the strategy content, typology, motivation and corresponding theoretical interpretation. Finally, this paper compares the three perspective of green management, they are environmental economic, strategic management theory and institutional theory , and points out their shortcomings and future research directions.
