中国乒乓球队复合型训练团队管理模式和动力机制研究

     

摘要

By the methods of literatures reading,experts interviewing,and experiences summarizing,the management model and operating mechanism of Chinese table tennis team'compound training team was studied.The main findings were as followings:Firstly,Chinese table tennis team'compound training team is a team committee under the leadership of the general manager responsibility system,and the division of labor and the responsibilities are clear,and the operation is smooth.Secondly,the dynamic mechanism of Chinese table tennis team'compound training team comes from the traction of the team goal,the competition pressure of the major events,the inner tension of team integration efficiency,the support of modern science and technology,and the driver of effective organization and management.This study hope to rich the theoretical system of table tennis as well as give some practical reference to the team building of the other competitive sports team.%借助文献资料法、专家访谈法、经验总结法等研究方法,较为详细地总结、提炼出中国乒乓球队复合型训练团队合作的管理模式和运行机制.主要研究结论为:管理模式上,中国乒乓球队体现了复合型训练团队分工明确、责任清晰、运转顺畅,实行的是队委会领导下的总教练负责制.从动力机制上,团队目标的牵引力、外部比赛竞争的压力、团队整合效应的拉力、组织管理的推动力和科学技术发展的支撑力等5个相互影响的因素是中国乒乓球队复合型训练团队运行和发展的主要动力来源.
