基于东方管理思想的企业激励与绩效管理调整

     

摘要

As the most important component of oriental management, the idea of "for self, for others" consists of selfmanagement and provision of services for others. The former is for-self, while the latter is for-others. The two ultimately achieve unity through continuous interaction. Based on oriental management theory, this thesis provides a new development perspective for incentive theory and performance management theory, giving them a strong vitality. At the same time, this thesis also has a profound reflection on chaotic realities of China's code of practice based on the research of mankind's dilemma and attempts to make it widely used in enterprise performance incentive management by exploring "the three principles".%作为东方管理学中最重要的组成部分,"人为为人"的理念由自我管理和为他人提供服务两部分内容组成,前者即人为,而后者即为人,两者通过不断地互动影响,最终达到统一.从东方管理理论出发展开研究,为激励理论以及绩效管理理论提供了新的发展视角,并赋予了二者旺盛的生命力.与此同时,本文还站在人类合作困境研究的立场上,对我国的行为规范混乱的现实进行了深刻的反思,并试图通过探讨"三为"的理念,使其在企业绩效激励管理中得到广泛应用.
