创业导向对团队绩效的影响机制研究

             

摘要

本研究基于已有的创业导向研究,通过实证研究的方法,探讨动态环境下创业导向对团队绩效的研究机制.研究结果表明,创业导向正向作用于团队绩效;团队学习在创业导向与团队绩效的关系中起到中介作用;环境动态性正向调节创业导向与团队绩效的关系.本研究从创业导向的企业研究层面拓展到团队研究层面,同时也给企业的社会实践提供了一定的借鉴意义.%Based on the existing studies of entrepreneurial orientation, through the method of Empirical Research, this paper examines the relationships between entrepreneurial orientation and team performance in the dynamic environment. It is found that entrepreneurial orientation has an positive effect on team performance. And this paper examines the mediating role of team learning and the moderating effect of environmental dynamism. This survey expands the area of research of entrepreneurial orientation from enterprise level to team level. Finally, it discusses the implications of the results to the management theory and practice.
