As with most long-term geological hazards, the formation and development of land subsidence is inlfuenced by regional tectonics, stratum structure, the thickness of the compressed layer, groundwater exploitation, and urban construction. The inlfuence of these various factors is discussed in this paper, which provides a theoretical basis for the prevention and control of land subsidence on the Beijing plain.%地面沉降作为北京平原区最主要的缓变地质灾害,其形成和发展受到区域构造、地层结构、压缩层厚度、地下水开采及城市建设等影响。本文分别探讨了以上因素对地面沉降的控制或影响作用,为今后北京平原地面沉降防控工作提供理论依据。
