基于主成分分析的日照市土地利用变化驱动力分析

摘要

基于2003~2012年山东日照市土地利用变更数据，从土地利用变化幅度、速度、强度及综合度等方面分析该市土地利用变化情况。选取22个经济社会指标进行主成分分析，结果表明，经济社会发展因素、人口因素及土地政策等是影响土地利用变化的主要驱动因子。研究结果可为日照市编制土地利用总体规划及优化调整土地利用结构提供借鉴。%This study uses data from the city of Rizhao to analyze the range, speed, and intensity of land-use change between 2003 and 2012. A total of 22 socioeconomic indicators are used to identify factors that drive land-use change in Rizhao City. Statistical analysis using SPSS16.0 shows that the key factors include economic and social development, population change, and land policy. The paper offers suggestions for the Rizhao City government for better land use planning, land protection policy, and land use structure optimization.
