为实现城市多元化立体空间的有效管理,建立三维地籍是今后城市地籍管理的主要发展方向。本文聚焦于国有建设用地的三维地籍调查,研究了三维宗地的几何模型与空间界址,对开展三维地籍调查工作需要解决的难点问题进行了分析,并设计了一套完整的三维地籍调查程序;结合空间权属调查、三维地籍测量、宗地界址解析、宗地图件编制等工作环节,探讨了三维地籍调查的关键技术方法与相应要求。通过实例,对三维地籍调查程序与技术方法的可行性与实用性作了验证。%To effectively manage diverse urban spaces, three-dimensional (3D) cadastre has become the main tool used for urban cadastral management. This study focuses on the 3D cadastral survey of urban state-owned construction land. The geometric model and 3D parcel boundaries are deifned, problems associated with conducting a 3D cadastral survey are identiifed, and a complete 3D cadastral survey program is designed. Additional technical aspects of the program, such as the space ownership survey, 3D cadastral measurement, parcel boundary solver, and parcel map production are further described. Finaly, the program and related technical methods are applied to a 3D cadastral survey case study.
