卡介苗多糖核酸穴位注射治疗支气管哮喘随机对照试验

     

摘要

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of acupoint injection with BCG-polysaccharide nucleic acid (BCG-PSN) in treating bronchial asthma. Method Seventy-two patients with bronchial asthma were randomized into an acupoint injection group and a muscular injection group, 36 cases in each group. The acupoint injection group was intervened by acupoint injection with BCG-PSN to Zusanli (ST36) and Dingchuan (EX-B1) alternately, 1 mL for two points in total each time; the muscular injection group was intervened by muscular injection at the same dose and frequency, twice a week, for successive 3 months. The pulmonary function and asthma control test (ACT) were estimated before and after intervention and during March of the next year. Result After intervention, the FEV1 values were (80.97±2.31)% and (80.78±2.56)% respectively in the acupoint injection group and muscular injection group, and PEF values were (6.50±0.21)L/s and (6.48±0.25)L/s, and the between-group differences were statistically insignificant (P>0.05). The ACT score was (23.02±1.03) in the acupoint injection group, significantly better than (22.40±2.04) in the muscular injection group (P<0.05). The follow-up study showed that the ACT score in the acupoint injection group was superior to that in the muscular injection group (P<0.05). Conclusion Acupoint injection and muscular injection with BCG-PSN can equally improve the pulmonary function in bronchial asthma, while the acupoint injection can produce a more significant effect than muscular injection in improving ACT.%目的:评价卡介苗多糖核酸(BCG-PSN)穴位注射防治支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法将72例支气管哮喘患者随机分成穴注组和肌注组各36例。穴注组选择足三里、定喘穴交替进行 BCG-PSN 穴位注射,每次两穴,注射1 mL;肌注组予相同剂量和频率进行肌注,每星期治疗2次,连续治疗3个月。于治疗前、治疗后进行肺功能测定和哮喘控制测试问卷(ACT)评分,于治疗次年3月份进行随访。结果治疗后穴注组和肌注组的 FEV1占预计值分别为(80.97±2.31)%和(80.78±2.56)%,PEF分别为(6.50±0.21)L/s 和(6.48±0.25)L/s,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者治疗后的 ACT 评分结果分别为(23.02±1.03)分和(22.40±2.04)分,穴注组优于肌注组(P<0.05)。随访结果显示,穴注组患者 ACT 评分优于肌注组(P<0.05)。结论 BCG-PSN 穴位注射对支气管哮喘的肺功能改善与肌肉注射无差异,对 ACT 评分的改善优于肌肉注射。
