针刺合谷穴与足三里穴对脑功能的动态观察

摘要

目的：探讨针刺合谷穴与足三里穴对中枢神经系统的即时效应。方法对9例健康志愿者采用针刺合谷、足三里及非经非穴，实时观察受试者脑磁图的动态变化。结果针刺合谷、足三里和非经非穴对照点脑磁图变化有差异。结论脑磁图检测对合谷穴与足三里穴的循经感传研究具有一定的特异性，两穴针刺对脑部影响区域有差异。%Objective To reveal the real-time effect of puncturing Hegu (LI 4) and Zusanli (ST 36) on the central nervous system. Method Nine healthy volunteers were observed for the dynamic change of magnetic encephalography (MEG) after receiving acupuncture at Hegu (LI 4), Zusanli (ST 36) and non-acupoint.Result Acupuncture at Hegu (LI 4), Zusanli (ST 36) and non-acupoint can produce different effects on MEG.Conclusion MEG can be a specific detection in studying the sensation transmission of Hegu (LI 4) and Zusanli (ST 36), and acupuncture at the two points can affect different regions of brain.
