电子灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

摘要

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of electronic moxibustion in treating lumbar intervertebral disc herniation (LIDH).Method Sixty LIDH patients were randomly allocated to a treatment group and a control group, 30 cases each. The treatment group was intervened by electronic moxibustion, and the control group by conventional acupuncture treatment at the same acupoints. The Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) score and the Japanese Orthopaedic Association (JOA) score were observed in the two groups before and after the treatment. The clinical efficacies were compared between the two groups.Result The total effective rate was 93.3% in the treatment group versus 86.7% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant between the two groups (P<0.05). The VAS score and JOA score were significantly changed after treatment in the two groups (P<0.01). After treatment, there were significant differences in the VAS score and JOA score between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion Electronic moxibustion is an effective method for LIDH, and it has many advantages, such as easy-to-operate, safe, and painless.%目的：观察电子灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法将60例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组30例。两组取穴相同，治疗组采用电子灸治疗，对照组采用常规针刺治疗。观察两组治疗前后VAS评分及JOA评分变化情况，并比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为93.3%，对照组为86.7%，两组临床疗效比较差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。两组治疗后VAS评分及JOA评分与同组治疗前比较，差异均具有统计学意义(P＜0.01)。治疗组治疗后VAS评分及JOA评分与对照组比较，差异均具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论电子灸是一种治疗腰椎间盘突出症的有效方法，具有操作简单、易学、安全无痛等优点。
