陆氏温针法治疗原发性痛经疗效观察

摘要

目的：观察陆氏温针法治疗原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法将120例原发性痛经患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组60例。治疗组采用陆氏温针法治疗，对照组采用常规针刺治疗。观察两组治疗前后疼痛程度积分、视觉模拟评分(VAS)，并比较两组临床疗效。结果两组治疗1～3个疗程后疼痛症状积分和VAS评分与同组治疗前比较，差异均具有统计学意义(P＜0.01)。治疗组治疗1～3个疗程后疼痛症状积分和VAS评分与对照组比较，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.01)。治疗组总有效率为100.0%，对照组为88.3%，两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论陆氏温针法是一种治疗原发性痛经的有效方法。%Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of LU’s warm needling therapy in treating primary dysmenorrhea. Method Totally 120 patients with primary dysmenorrhea were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, 60 cases in each group. The treatment group was intervened by LU’s warm needling therapy, while the control group was by ordinary acupuncture treatment. The pain intensity and Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) were observed before and after intervention, and the clinical efficacies in the two groups were compared.Result The pain intensity and VAS scores were significantly changed after 1-3 treatment courses compared with that before treatment in the two groups (P<0.01). After 1-3 treatment courses, the pain intensity and VAS scores in the treatment group were significantly different from that in the control group (P<0.01). The total effective rate was 100.0% in the treatment group versus 88.3% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion LU’s warm needling is an effective approach in treating primary dysmenorrhea.
