针刺配合中药离子导入治疗干眼症疗效观察

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture plus Chinese medicine iontophoresis in treating dry eye syndrome.Method Sixty-two patients with dry eye syndrome were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, 31 cases in each group. The treatment group was intervened by acupuncture plus Chinese medicine iontophoresis, while the control group was intervened by artificial tears. After 4-week treatment, the changes of tear secretion, tear film break-up time (BUT) and symptoms score were observed, and the clinical efficacies were compared.Result The total effective rate was 87.1% in the treatment group versus 61.3% in the control group, and the between-group difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The total symptoms score, tear secretion and BUT were significantly changed after the treatment in both groups (P<0.05). After the treatment, the total symptoms score, tear secretion and BUT in the treatment group were significantly different from those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture plus Chinese medicine iontophoresis is an effective method in treating dry eye syndrome.%目的 观察针刺配合中药离子导入治疗干眼症的临床疗效.方法 将62例干眼症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组31例.治疗组采用针刺联合中药离子导入治疗,对照组采用人工泪液治疗.治疗4星期后,观察两组治疗前后泪液流量、泪膜破裂时间及临床症状积分的变化情况,并比较两组临床疗效.结果 治疗组总有效率为87.1%,对照组为61.3%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组治疗后临床症状总评分、泪液流量及泪膜破裂时间与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗组治疗后临床症状总评分、泪液流量及泪膜破裂时间与对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 针刺配合中药离子导入是一种治疗干眼症的有效方法.
