高弹性水性聚氨酯涂料阻燃性研究

摘要

The thermogravimetric analysis(TGA),differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)and oxygen index of high elastic waterborne polyurethane emulsion were tested as a basis for selecting the flame retardant. The test results of oxygen index showed that the flame retardant effect of coatings adding P-Si-N composite halogen-free flame retardant in the same amount is basically equal to that of adding the conventional halogen type flame retardant.%对高弹性水性聚氨酯乳液进行热失重（TG）、差示扫描量热（DSC）及氧指数测试，作为筛选阻燃剂的依据。将传统的卤素类阻燃剂和筛选出的P-Si-N系复合无卤阻燃剂分别等量地添加到涂料中，进行氧指数测试，试验结果表明：两者的阻燃效果基本相当。
