基于遗传算法的空气弹簧优化设计

         

摘要

To meet the requirement of fast and efficient design of vehicle, a genetic algorithm is proposed for optimal design of the air spring of a light bus. In this paper, under the premise of ensuring the universality of the original suspension parts, the air suspension adopts the structural of the compound air suspension. The mathematical model for the air spring is established, which verify the accuracy of the simulation model using existing air spring parameters. And the genetic algorithm is used to optimize the air spring parameters of a light passenger car. Finally, the prototype test is carried out. The test results show that the stiffness of the air spring meets the design requirements.%为满足车辆快速高效的设计要求,文章提出了某轻型客车空气弹簧基于遗传算法的优化设计.文章在保证原悬架零件通用性的前提下,空气悬架采用复合空气悬架的结构形式.通过建立空气弹簧计算数学模型,利用现有空气弹簧参数验证了仿真模型的准确性,然后利用遗传算法优化某轻型客车空气弹簧参数,最后进行样件台架和道路试验.试验结果表明,空气弹簧刚度特性符合设计要求.
