浅谈汽车产品研发项目风险管理

摘要

With the explosion development of automotive industry and quickly change for vehicle model, engi-neering R&D risk management is necessary as the source of the program. Major risks in automotive R&D industry are analyzed and risk management methods are discussed based on the process of risk management and combine with the characteristic of automotive R&D industry.%随着我国汽车行业发展,车型更替的速度加快,作为项目源头的产品研发风险管理的必要性尤显重要.文中从风险管理的过程出发,结合汽车产品研发过程特点,分析主要存在的风险,论述风险管理的方法.
