苎麻织物表面改性对其增强环氧树脂复合材料力学性能的影响

     

摘要

文章采用硅烷偶联剂KH-550、硅烷偶联剂A-151和碱处理对苎麻织物进行表面改性,采用热压罐成型工艺制备了苎麻织物增强环氧树脂复合材料.测试并比较了不同表面处理和未做处理的苎麻织物增强环氧树脂复合材料拉伸性能的差异.结果表明:3种改性方法对苎麻织物增强复合材料的拉伸性能均有提高,硅烷偶联剂A-151提高更为显著.硅烷偶联剂A-151、硅烷偶联剂KH-550、碱处理分别提高苎麻织物拉伸性能30.1%、28.7%、28.4%.%The surface of ramie fabrics was modified by using silane coupling agent KH-550 treatment, silane coupling agent A-151 treatment and alkali treatment.Ramie fabrics reinforced epoxy resin composites was made by means of autoclave molding process.The tensile properties of the three surface modified ramie fabrics reinforced epoxy resin composites and untreated ramie fabric had been tested and compared.The results show that the tensile properties of ramie fabric reinforced epoxy resin composites are all increased after ramie fabrics being treated by the use of three surface modification methods, especially, the silane coupling agent A-151 treatment effects apparently to increase 30.1%.The silane coupling agent KH-550 treatment increases 28.7% and the alkali treatment increases 28.4%.
