面向“卓越工程师计划”的企业培养方案研究--以服装设计与工程专业为例

Taking Garments Design & Technology major as an example, this paper studies on the enterprise training scheme for “Excellent Engineer Growth Plan”, analyzes the training purpose of enterprises, establishment of enterprise training scheme, study plan of enterprise and assessment of learning effect in the enterprise, which is helpful to make and improve comprehensive education programs for “Excellent Plan” to Garments Design & Technology Major.%以服装设计与工程专业为例，对该专业的卓越工程师计划企业培养方案进行了研究，从企业培养目的、企业培养方案的制定、企业学习计划和企业学习效果的考核等方面进行了分析，对服装工程与设计专业进一步制定、完善“卓越计划”综合培养方案是有益的探索。
