基于社会需求的沈阳市五人制足球教练员选培策略分析

     

摘要

With the methods of literature and logic analysis and based on the social requirement on futsal coaches, combined with the current situation of five-a-side coach training in Shenyang, this paper analyzed the contradictions of the coaches in terms of quantity, quality and channel of supply and demand, and put forward the following measures: coach training subject to develop the feasibilityplanning for selecting and training targeted coaches, strict enforcement of coach recruitment standards, and to establish a sound mechanism for coach circulation.%运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法, 基于社会对五人制教练员的需求, 结合沈阳市五人制教练员的培训现状, 分析了沈阳市五人制教练员的供需在数量、质量以及渠道方面存在的矛盾, 提出教练员培训主体制定教练员选培的可行性规划、严格执行教练员的选录标准、建立健全教练员流通机制等措施意见.
