运用文献资料法，分析学校武术发展新思路“一校一拳、打练并进”的背景，阐释其含义。针对当前学校武术发展中存在的问题，提出相应的改革措施：建立新的武术教材体系，增设武术技击内容；选用科学有效武术教育策略，促进青少年身心健康、体魄强健，完善学校武术教育。%By using the method of literature,it analyzed the background of the new idea of school martial arts development,i. e. “ a school to learn a kind of martial arts,promotion of both fighting and practicing”,and expounded their meanings separately. It brought forward corresponding reformatory measures in the light of the problems existing in current school martial arts development,which were to set up a new system of martial arts teaching material, add the attack and defense in contents,select and use proper martial arts education strategy to promote adolescent physical and mental health and improve the school martial arts education.
