本采用文献资料、访谈、问卷调查和数理统计等方法,对我国体育健身俱乐部教练员的工作绩效模型进行了构建与验证性因素分析,得出以下结论:体育健身俱乐部教练员工作绩效指标由准时服务、知识增加、体质提高、心情愉悦、规范指导、服务多样化、重购意愿、推荐意向、应答迅速、完成任务组成;通过探索性因素分析建立的健身俱乐部教练工作绩效模型分为“任务绩效”、“效果绩效”、“服务绩效”3个维度;验证性因素分析结果表明,该体育健身俱乐部教练员工作绩效模型能够很好地反映出健身俱乐部教练员的工作绩效。%This article constructed performance model of Chinese coaches in sports fitness clubs and made confirmatory factor analysis with this model by using the method of documentation, interview,questionnaire and mathematical statistics, and drew the following conclusions:coaches’ working performance was composed of in - time service,increased knowledge, improved fitness,mood of well-being,normative guidance,service diversification,repurchase intention,recommendation intention,quick response and task completion;fitness club coach performance model established by using exploratory factor analysis is divided into three dimensions,namely task performance, outcome performance and service performance;confirmatory factor analysis shows that the model can well reflect the fitness club coaches job performance.
