高考体育加分政策的异化与学校体育的回归

         

摘要

高考加分政策在选拔特殊人才、平衡教育水平差异等方面发挥了积极作用,有利于为社会经济发展培养不同类型的人才。然而对体育加分政策的功利性追逐,严重损害了教育的公平公正性,加剧了高考制度的不公平,引发社会的强烈质疑。在教育部取消高考体育加分政策后,应借助全民健身的国家战略使体育回归教育的本位,强健学生体魄,强化体育精神,塑造自强不息的国民性格和积极向上的社会风气。%The extra credit policy of the college entrance examination plays an active role in selecting special talents and keeping the education level balance,and it is good for cultivating different talents for social and economic development.However,the pursuit of utilitarian from the extra credit policy for physical education seriously harms the justice and equity of education,aggravates the inequity of college entrance examination policy,and raises the query of the society fiercely.Since the Ministry of Education has abolished the extra credit policy in the college entrance examination for physical education,physical education should return to the education -based curriculum under the national strategy of national fitness,so as to strengthen students'bodies,promote sportsmanship,and mould positive national characteristics and social customs.
