近几年国内外炼铁技术发展趋势及建议

摘要

This article introduces the development status and process exploring practices in BF, sinter, pellet and coke making processes in domestic and overseas in recent years. At the same time, it put forward five suggestions to realize low cost ironmaking:the first, actualizing careful operation on poor material; the second, producing high-basicity sinter with high reducibility, high strength, and reasonable size distribution;the third, controlling the CSR and CRI of coke stably and reducing the M10 further;the fourth, producing magnesia pellets with high reducibility; and the fifth, optimizing the material structure reasonably by fully considering the price, composition and metallurgy performance of raw material and fuel.%　　主要介绍了近几年国内外高炉工序、烧结工序、球团工序和炼焦工序工艺技术发展现状及工艺技术研发情况,同时还提出了实现低成本炼铁的几点建议：一是实施“粗粮细作”；二是生产高还原性、强度好、粒度组成合理的高碱度烧结矿；三是稳定控制焦炭CSR和CRI,进一步降低焦炭M10；四是生产高还原性镁质球团矿；五是充分考虑原燃料的价格、成分和冶金性能来进行合理原料结构的优化。
