宽厚板轧机EGC与HGC系统闭环控制

摘要

The combination of EGC and HGC is applied in the wide plate mill gap control.EGC plays a role of implement of large-distance movement in gap control, satisfying the requirement of large-distance movement and high accuracy between passes. HGC accomplishes real-time dynamic adjustment of the roll gap in plate rolling, accurately realizing the AGC compensation. The close combination of the two functions realizes the steady control of the gap, making sure that a plate has better profile.%　　宽厚板轧机控制辊缝采用电动压下控制（EGC）+液压辊缝控制（HGC）的控制模式，其中EGC系统的闭环控制实现了大行程辊缝摆动功能，满足了道次间辊缝摆动行程长、精确性高的要求；HGC系统的闭环控制用于轧制过程中辊缝的实时动态调整，精确完成了AGC补偿功能。二者结合，实现了辊缝的稳定控制，保证了钢板同板差指标的最优化。
