老年干部患者代谢综合征与前列腺体积的相关性研究

     

摘要

Objective To explore the relation between metabolic syndrome (MS) and prostate volume of elderly cadres. Methods A total of 198 elderly cadres aged from 60 to 92 years old were divided into two groups, MS group and control group, according to the diagnostic criteria of MS by CDS in 2004. Blood pressure, height and body weight were measured and the body mass index (BMI) was calculated. Biochemical assays included fasting plasma glucose, TC, TG, LDL-C, HDL-C,uric acid (UA) , glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) and prostate specific antigen (PSA). Prostate volume (TP) was measured by trans-abdominal ultrasonography. Results Compared with control group, the BMI, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, TG, TP, fasting plasma glucose, TC were higher in MS group (P < 0. 01) , and UA, LDL-C were also higher in MS group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between MS group and control group in terms of HDL-C, HbA1c and PSA (P >0.05). The TP in MS group was significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.01). The TP was positively correlated with PSA level, age, BMI and diastolic blood pressure, LDL-C,and fasting plasma glucose, while was negatively correlated with HDL-C (P <0.01). Conclusions The TP in MS group is more than that in non-MS group (P <0.01). The early and active control on MS can slow down the development of prostate hyperpla-sia and its symptoms level.%目的 探讨老年干部人群代谢综合征(MS)与前列腺体积的相关性.方法 选择60~92岁老年男性干部198例,采用2004年中华医学会糖尿病学分会提出的MS建议诊断标准分为MS组和非MS组.测量血压、身高、体质量,并计算体质量指数(BMI).生化分析包括空腹血糖、TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C、尿酸(UA)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)和前列腺特异性抗原(PSA).采用经腹部超声测量前列腺体积(TP).结果 与非MS组比较,MS组BMI、SBP、DBP、TG、TP、空腹血糖、TC较非MS组高(P<0.01);MS组UA、LDL-C亦较非MS组高(P<0.05);而两组HDL-C、HbA1c、PSA无统计学差异(P>0.05).MS组TP较非MS组增大(P<0.0l).TP与血清PSA水平、患者年龄、BMI、SBP、LDL-C、空腹血糖呈正相关,与HDL-C呈负相关,P均<0.01.结论 老年干部人群MS组和非MS组TP具有明显差异,积极控制MS可延缓前列腺增生进展及症状程度.
