Laser cutting is playing an important role in the field of machinery industry, sheet metal, hardware and electronics industries, etc. Through the analysis of the orthogonal test, the author discussed the influence of pulse width, discharge voltage, pulse frequency and cutting speed on surface quality when the other conditions are invariable, and found the primary and secondary factors and optimal parameter combination affecting surface quality.It is helpful to seek better technology parameter for production and the theory research.%激光切割在机械工业、钣金、五金以及电子行业等加工领域扮演着重要的角色。本文通过正交试验分析,在其它条件一定的情况下探讨了脉冲宽度、放电电压、脉冲频率和切割速度对表面质量的影响,找出了影响加工质量的主次因素和最优参数组合。对解决激光切割加工中参数优化问题具有一定的理论和实践意义。
