QHSE三标体系与《卓越绩效评价准则》结合点的分析

         

摘要

通过对GB/T19580-2004《卓越绩效评价准则》在电力勘测设计咨询企业贯彻实施细则问题和相关案例的研究,结合企业创建卓越绩效奖(质量管理奖)的实践,提出了贯彻三标的勘测设计企业把QHSE三标体系与《卓越绩效评价准则》要求的结合点的意见,供组织实施《卓越绩效评价准则》参考。%Combined with the practice of pursuing performance excellence award(quality management award) by enterprise,through the study on implementation of GB/T19580-2004 "Criteria for Evaluation of Performance Excellence" in electric power survey design consulting enterprise and relevant cases,the suggestions regarding joint points between QHSE system and requirements of "Criteria for Evaluation of Performance Excellence" for the survey design enterprises which adopt QHSE system are put forward.The suggestions could be reference for organization of implementation of "Criteria for Evaluation of Performance Excellence".
