浅析免压风门在矿井中的应用

         

摘要

With the continuous extension of mining depth, deep, tunnel pressure also increased. Since the install is set damper installed in the tunnel wall, the wall by the tunnel once the pressure is very prone to deformation of throttle will subsequently be destroyed, it will cause a damper of the air leak- age, ventilation system caused the instability and materials maintenance expenses. Wall deformation in order to avoid the damage caused to the throttle caused the leakage damper to reduce the throttle input to the maintenance costs for materials, application of roadway to avoid compression of damper, inadequate to solve the above problem.%随着矿井开采深度的不断延深,巷道承受的压力也随之增加。由于风门是套装安设在巷道墙体中,墙体一旦受到巷道来压,很容易发生变形,风门也将随之受到破坏,造成风门的漏风,带来通风系统的不稳定及材料、维修费用的增加。为了避免墙体变形导致风门的漏风,减少风门材料费维修费用的投入,探讨应用巷道免压式风门,解决以上问题的不足。
