Paper analyzes the reason of coal wall spalling roof fall and support tilted, analysis account that 'abutment pressure and broken roof was the main cause. Put forward a proposal that use grouting and advanced anchor combined reinforcement technology, engineering practice shows this technique measures effect remarkable, ensured the working face safe and effective production.%文章分析了煤壁片帮、冒顶、支架倾斜的原因，分析认为支承压力和顶板破碎是事故的主因，提出了采用注浆及超前锚索联合加固技术，工程实践证明此技术措施效果显著，保证了工作面安全高效生产。
